The company was honoured with the Best Company in Exports (SME) award, while also securing the second position in the Business Excellence (SME) category. These achievements highlight Aimtron’s consistent performance as a reliable global partner, its strong foothold in the export market, and its ability to deliver solutions that are timely, precise, and competitively priced.

The company has reported an impressive 70 per cent revenue growth in the last financial year, underscoring its ability to scale operations efficiently while meeting the increasing demands of international markets. With an attrition rate below two per cent, Aimtron demonstrates an ability to retain talent by fostering a culture of collaboration, long-term commitment, and professional growth—an achievement that sets it apart in an industry often challenged by high employee turnover.

The company’s recent strategic investments further validate its growth trajectory. Aimtron has committed Rs 100 crore to establish a greenfield subsidiary, Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., in Vadodara, Gujarat, aimed at strengthening its capabilities and broadening its product portfolio. In addition, the company has secured a major order from Vanix Technologies for 50,000 IIoT and AI devices, which not only strengthens its export pipeline but also positions Aimtron at the forefront of the emerging global demand for connected and intelligent electronics solutions.
