Emuge-Franken USA, a producer of high-performance taps, thread mills, end mills, drills, and other rotary tools, has joined Okuma America Corporation’s Partners in Technology programme. Partners in Technology is a network of over 50 companies that provide unique technology and services to supplement Okuma CNC machines for metal cutting and manufacturing applications. Partners in Technology network members collaborate closely with Okuma personnel to solve challenges and explore new productivity ideas for manufacturing.
The new collaboration strategically integrates Emuge-Franken’s high-performance cutting tool technologies and application experience with Okuma’s machine tool technology. Both organisations claim to be committed to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing new, precision solutions, as well as application testing and support. Emuge-Franken cutting tools are precision-machined and made of high-quality solid carbide and tool steel, as well as specialised designs with complex geometries. Emuge-Franken’s continuous and intensive research and development resulted in cutting tool solutions that save time and increase production. Emuge-Franken cutting equipment and application support will be accessible at Okuma’s Technology Centres across the United States, including Charlotte, North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois, and Houston, Texas.
