Alphacam programmed CNC machines on a number of machine tool manufacturers’ booths at the recent EPHJ trade fair in Geneva, Switzerland.
One of those was BC Technologies’ latest laser cutter, which led to new customers and several strong leads. It also demonstrated to BC Technologies staff how strong Alphacam is throughout Switzerland.
Michaël Weber, from Alphcam’s Swiss reseller MW Programmation, who managed the software’s presence at the show, says: “BC Technologies’ staff were impressed to discover the huge amount of Alphacam users in Switzerland.” Around 80 per cent of the exhibition leads already have an Alphacam solution in their workshop.
As well as BC Technologies’ Femto laser cutting and engraving machine, Alphacam also programmed parts on machines on a number of other booths at EPHJ, including a Bumotec S181 5-axis tool with back unit and ,multi-channels turning, a Suvema 5-axis mill, and Kummer 5-axis mill.
