First participation in International Machining Meetings for Hexagon

Discover Hexagon’s advanced and connected machining and simulation solutions at INTERCUT 2020

Hexagon are presenting the latest enhancements to their 5-axis mill/turn and simulation software, at the INTERCUT 2020 international machining meeting later this month.

Visitors to booth 19 will see how the software improves efficiency, quality, and productivity, and meets the challenges of tomorrow.

The complete machining process, from programming to part machining – including automatic reprogramming and ISO code simulation, is validated using the NCSIMUL software suite.

EDGECAM mill/turn automates processes while allowing for machinists’ individual “know-how” regarding their specific component and products. EDGECAM improves performance in the 5-axis field in many ways. For example, barrel tools are perfectly managed in the EDGECAM tool database, and the advanced 5-axis cycle offers a better verification of the mill/turn control.

INTERCUT will be held in Cluses, France, on January 29 and 30, and is a renowned meeting place for all machining professionals. More than 30 exhibitors are attending, and numerous conferences on advances in the field of machining will be held over the two days.
