HOEVELAKEN – At the EMO 2019, HALTER will introduce a new product line: HALTER BIG. This model allows for the loading of heavier workpieces of up to 70 kg. Thanks to a larger surface, the robot cell has a greater buffering capacity and can be run unmanned for longer stretches of time.
In addition, shafts of up to 600 mm in length can be loaded using the function “Long Shafts”. This function consists of a special set of grid plates and grippers as well as a special software module within the HALTER SmartControl. This ensures short set-up times of only a few minutes, the crucial trademark that has established HALTER’s good reputation over the past years. Furthermore, the new models come with a number of innovations that may also be integrated into earlier models.
At this year’s EMO, which takes place September 16-21 in Hannover, HALTER will present no fewer than five models of the HALTER LoadAssistant, two of them from the BIG product line.
