HAINBUCH America has introduced an effective solution for maintaining compact workholding in manufacturing with its centroteX system. The company’s innovation focuses on minimising the overall length of workholding units, while incorporating a quick-changeover interface, an essential component for modern manufacturing efficiency.
The centroteX system addresses the challenge of additional length, which, although necessary for design reasons, is kept to a manageable level. Two versions of the centroteX have been detailed. The centroteX M offers up to 53 mm of additional length, while the centroteX S4 provides up to 55 mm. This ensures that the design remains sufficiently compact, optimising the available workspace and allowing manufacturers to operate with greater efficiency.
The compact design is particularly evident with examples such as the TOPlus mini 65 pull-back system. By maintaining a streamlined profile, the centroteX range supports the need for space-efficient operations in cutting-edge manufacturing environments.
HAINBUCH’s commitment to innovation in workholding solutions highlights its dedication to supporting manufacturers with advanced, reliable equipment that meets the complex demands of modern production needs. The centroteX series is positioned as an integral part of HAINBUCH’s broader portfolio, which continually seeks to enhance efficiency and productivity in the industrial sector.
