The Corsham based toolholding and associated equipment specialist Gewefa UK Ltd has further strengthened its sales and technical support team with the appointment of Jamie Moffat as sales co-ordinator.
Mr Moffat (37) joins from Honda Europe in Swindon where he was a service quality co-ordinator and where he used his previous experience in the automotive sector to good effect.
By trade he is a qualified vehicle technician but has mostly worked in automotive service and technical support sector. At Honda he was primarily involved with vehicle quality and warranty issues.
“Moving into the production engineering sector is an exciting challenge and I am rapidly appreciating the role tooling and toolholding plays in quality and the overall productivity issues surrounding metal cutting,” he explains.
In his spare time Jamie pursues his interest in the automobiles having a keen interest in motor sport and performance cars. He is also a proficient drummer have played with a number of bands with musical genres as diverse as rock to classic dance and modern day covers.
