We want to invite you in a special live virtual event showcasing a project that enabled ALLMATIC increase their high-mix-low-volume productivity and reduce the needed setups per part from 3 to 2.
The solution you will be seeing:
A robot cell that complements CNC machining of various components in different batch sizes. The manufacturing system has high unmanned production capacity, and it automatically changes the setups for the machine tool between the batches.
The virtual live event on 15th November will provide insights into the unique manufacturing solution with Herbert Mayr from ALLMATIC, Christian Heiler from HELLER and Thomas Weinhold from Fastems, telling the story on how it all began and which challenges had to be overcome, and showcasing the real system.
