Edge Technologies is introducing six innovative products designed to enhance CNC lathe operations and streamline production. The lineup includes the FMB Turbo RS 3-38, the latest model for sliding-headstock CNC lathes featuring the company’s Revolutionary Sliding (RS) technology, which fully supports the bar pusher and stock from within the bar feeder into the lathe spindle. Additionally, the FMB Turbo RS 4-45 combines RS design with auto-adjust features to optimize bar stability, ideal for lean throughput in lower production runs.

The Rebel 80 Servo V3, a spindle-length short loader, offers improved user-friendliness for automating short production runs at an economical price point. Edge Technologies also rolls out the Patriot Gen II series, enhancing the features of the Patriot 338 and 551 models for greater efficiency.

The Minuteman 320 V3, the third-generation automatic magazine bar feeder, is tailored for 20-mm Swiss CNC lathes, delivering simplicity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Lastly, the Ranger 120 is an upgrade from the Ranger 112, expanding capacity to 20 mm and featuring an advanced bar separation system for applications as small as 1 mm, making it a cost-effective solution for handling small bars in precision machining.

Edge Technologies continues to lead the market with these advanced bar feeders and automation solutions, designed to meet the diverse needs of modern CNC lathe operations and enhance productivity across various applications.
