Paragon Rapid Technologies Ltd. has taken a significant step in advancing additive manufacturing by acquiring one of the UK’s first installations of the FARSOON Europe FLIGHT HT601P-4 system. This investment highlights the company’s commitment to enhancing speed, quality, and scalability in production processes.

The FARSOON FLIGHT HT601P-4 system integrates high-speed fibre laser technology with state-of-the-art process control, delivering remarkable build quality and surface resolution. It achieves construction speeds up to three times faster than traditional Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) platforms, marking a transformative shift in manufacturing efficiency.

Customers can expect numerous advantages, including shorter lead times and up to three times greater powder efficiency, offering a more cost-effective pathway for low-volume production. Furthermore, with one of the UK’s most extensive polymer build volumes, Paragon can now produce larger components and facilitate higher throughput, meeting growing demand for production-grade additive manufacturing.

The enhanced capabilities allow for the seamless transition from prototype to production, with potential manufacturing cost reductions of up to 30%. By leveraging the technological advancements of the HT601P-4, manufacturers are positioned to bring products to market faster, more efficiently, and at greater scale.

This strategic investment by Paragon demonstrates a proactive approach to the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry, reaffirming their commitment to innovative and cost-effective production solutions.
