Making machine tools makes sense if you have a foundry

MTDCNC’s Ashutosh Aurora meets Gourav Laddha of Jagdeep Machines (India) Pvt Ltd to discuss the machine they have on show at Acmee 2023.
The company has its own foundry so a natural progression was for them to make castings for their own machine tools. This enabled them to develop super rigid machines that not only give big depths of cut but produce parts within tight tolerances and surface finishes down to 0.2Ra.
