WES Engineering Solutions future proof production with Matsuura H.Plus

From struggling to maintain stock levels for their brake callipers to dramatically increasing production, WES Engineering Solutions are now able to service customers quickly. Their investment in the Matsuura H.Plus reduced setting times from 8 to 10 hours down to 1 or 2 hours, quadrupling their output within a week of installation. Starting off as a subcontract engineering company, WES Engineering Solutions wanted to diversify and therefore developed their own range of brake callipers but were unable to meet customer demands. Where previously it took up to 3 weeks of production on VMCs for 60 sets of callipers, WES Engineering Solutions completed 60 sets on the Matsuura within the first 4 days!
