A new level of automation at WFL Millturn Technologies

WFL Millturn Technologies are taking automation to the next level! Franz Plasonig from FRAI Robotic Technologies and Colin Griffith from MTDCNC meet to discuss the hybrid AGV solution at WFL Millturn Technologies. The Automated Guided Vehicle can move from one machine to another and with any robot integrated on it such as Fanuc or Cooper. WFL Millturn Technologies have utilized this solution as a full six-axis robot with a payload of 50kg up to 1000kg. The size of components can range from 500mm up to 3m or 4m! The machine shown in the video is the M64 that’s creating a mobile cell through a 100% automated system which can change more or less anything you need inside the machine. Using a powerful software, the system is cost-effective with a minimum of 3 machines and can take up to 8 or 12. With 100% flexibility and super easy installation, it’s no wonder WFL Millturn Technologies are stepping up their game in automation.
