Steve, the Reaming Master from Horn, explains that their existing range of specialist reaming tools has now been supplemented with small & large reaming systems. The big advantage of the Horn system is their reaming tips are removable, fully ground & and accurate to a couple of microns. Once the runout on the chucks is set repeatability & speed of change is first class, operators love them. The very large reamers can be refurbished as the tips are removable and can be replaced back at Horn’s workshops.
