Tsugami America Launches Process Development Center for Next-Level Manufacturing!

Tsugami America, the North American importer of Precision Tsugami machine tools, has officially opened its new Process Development Center (PDC) at its corporate headquarters. This cutting-edge facility is equipped with dedicated Swiss, Multifunction, and LaserSwiss machines and is also staffed by a team of advanced application engineers. The PDC is designed to assist customers in taking projects from concept to full implementation, providing test cut samples, quality verification, and limited contract services.

The facility also boasts a fully equipped metrology lab featuring advanced equipment such as a Hexagon bridge CMM and Fowler Sylvanic F60 Vision System, ensuring precise quality inspection for all test cuts performed. Additionally, the PDC offers limited contract and beta run capabilities, providing crucial support to keep customers’ operations running smoothly.
