Grizzly Industrial Inc. has introduced the T34359 Metalworking Downdraft Table, a purpose-built solution designed to improve air quality and maintain cleaner, safer work environments in metalworking shops. Engineered for grinding, sanding, polishing, and soldering operations, the downdraft table minimizes the spread of harmful airborne particles while keeping work surfaces clear of debris, enabling uninterrupted project flow.

At the core of the T34359 is a heavy-duty ¾-hp motor driving a steel squirrel cage impeller, capable of delivering 1,850 cubic feet per minute (cfm) of suction. This powerful airflow draws down metal dust and debris through strategically placed perforations in the steel tabletop, effectively preventing debris buildup on the work surface. Operators benefit from a cleaner, more efficient environment that reduces time lost to cleanup and improves overall productivity.

Despite its high suction power, the downdraft table is designed with operator comfort in mind. Its sound output measures just 70 dB, helping to minimize excessive shop noise while maintaining a safe and productive atmosphere. Fold-down side panels further contain dust and sparks, while also providing flexibility to handle larger workpieces without sacrificing safety or containment.

The T34359 incorporates a dual-filtration system using 200-micron aluminum mesh filters, which remove harmful particles from the air before recirculation.
