Reiter’s Custom Welding Expands Operations with New Arizona Facility!

Reiter’s Custom Welding Inc., a growing provider of steel fabrication, processing, and contract manufacturing services, has announced a major expansion with the development of a new 40,000-sq.-ft. facility in Glendale, Arizona. This investment marks a significant step forward in the company’s long-term strategy to scale its capabilities, enhance production efficiency, and support the increasing demand for advanced metal fabrication services.
According to Donald Reiter, vice president, the new facility represents a transformative upgrade in how the company operates. He explained that substantial investments are being made in automation, advanced fabrication technologies, and optimized workflows. These improvements are aimed at reducing setup times, creating cleaner and more efficient processes, and strengthening integration across engineering, production, and quality control.
Ross Reiter, director of operations and business development, emphasized that the new plant layout is designed to support larger and more complex projects. With more space and a modernized infrastructure, the company expects to significantly increase its output while maintaining its focus on fast turnaround times — a long-standing hallmark of Reiter’s Custom Welding. He noted that the expansion will help the company meet customer expectations more effectively and position it for continued growth in the region.
The facility will house a broad suite of advanced technologies, including automated laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake forming, robotic and manual welding systems, and dedicated fabrication areas. Additional space will support expanded engineering operations, improved quality control workflows, and enhanced logistics management.
Reiter’s Custom Welding anticipates becoming fully operational in the new Glendale facility by mid-Q1 2026. The company has also confirmed that existing operations will continue seamlessly during the transition to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
