CIRCOR International, Inc., a KKR portfolio company and global supplier of flow control solutions for industrial and aerospace sectors, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Swelore Engineering Pvt Ltd and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt Ltd. Both companies, with more than five decades of combined experience, are well-regarded Indian manufacturers specializing in high-performance pump technologies for critical sectors such as Chemicals, Water & Wastewater, and Oil & Gas. The acquisition underscores CIRCOR’s commitment to expanding its presence in India, one of the world’s fastest-growing industrial markets, while also strengthening its global industrial product portfolio.

The acquisition will bring a broad range of diaphragm metering pumps, dosing systems, and high-pressure reciprocating pumps into CIRCOR’s Industrial segment. By integrating these offerings, CIRCOR aims to deliver more comprehensive and innovative flow control solutions to customers across diverse industries. Additionally, the move enhances the company’s ability to serve the Indian market more effectively while leveraging its global operations to drive international growth for the newly acquired product lines.

The transaction is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2025, pending standard regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Tony Najjar, President and CEO of CIRCOR International, described the deal as a pivotal milestone for the company. “This acquisition is a major step in expanding our capabilities and presence in India, one of the fastest-growing industrial markets globally,” Najjar said. “Swelore and Hiro Nisha bring deep expertise, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to quality that align perfectly with our values. We look forward to working together to create greater value for customers worldwide.”

Once finalized, Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems will be integrated into Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s existing pump business in the region. This strategic alignment expands CIRCOR’s offerings beyond its established screw and centrifugal pump technologies. “This integration enhances our long-term strategy in India and extends our portfolio beyond our existing offerings,” explained Hiren Mistry, Senior Director and General Manager, India Pumps at CIRCOR. “Together, we are positioned to deliver broader, more effective solutions for our clients.”

The leadership teams of both Swelore and Hiro Nisha will remain in place following the acquisition, ensuring continuity and stability. Chirantan Gajjar, Managing Director of Swelore Engineering, and Royal Gajjar, Managing Director of Hiro Nisha Systems, expressed optimism about the future under CIRCOR’s ownership. “Becoming part of CIRCOR represents an exciting new chapter for both our companies,” they said in a joint statement. “Our focus on technical innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction has helped us build a strong foundation, and joining a global leader like CIRCOR will allow us to accelerate growth and innovation.”

Importantly, all employees from both Swelore and Hiro Nisha will be invited to participate in CIRCOR’s equity ownership program, providing them with a direct stake in the company’s success. This inclusive approach underscores CIRCOR’s commitment to employee engagement and long-term value creation. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Swelore and Hiro Nisha for the transaction.

Founded in 1999, CIRCOR International has built a strong reputation as a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered flow control products and systems. Its industrial and aerospace customers span nearly 100 countries, supported by over 14,000 clients worldwide. With a broad portfolio of trusted brands including Allweiler®, Imo®, Houttuin™, RTK®, Tushaco®, Warren®, and Zenith®, CIRCOR continues to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, the company employs approximately 3,000 people across its global network.

The acquisition of Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems marks a strategic step forward for CIRCOR, reinforcing its long-term vision of strengthening capabilities in India while delivering world-class technologies to customers worldwide.
