The Salon Industriel de Terrebonne (SIT) is set to return for its second edition on October 22 and 23, 2025, at the Centre Expo Terrebonne in Quebec. Following the success of its debut, the event is expected to attract nearly 5,000 visitors from across the province’s manufacturing sector and feature more than 400 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations, technologies, and solutions in industrial production.

Organized by Salons Industriels, SIT has quickly become a key gathering point for manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers looking to exchange knowledge, forge partnerships, and explore new opportunities. The event is designed to address the needs of Quebec’s dynamic industrial ecosystem, with a focus on improving productivity, enhancing competitiveness, and accelerating the adoption of advanced manufacturing practices.

Over the course of two days, attendees will have the opportunity to visit a diverse range of exhibits covering industrial innovation, digital transformation, and best practices in manufacturing. Exhibitors will include companies specializing in automation, machining, metalworking, robotics, additive manufacturing, energy solutions, and supply chain technologies. For participants, the show floor provides not only an opportunity to discover the latest products and services but also a platform for direct engagement with industry experts and peers.

In addition to the exhibition, SIT 2025 will feature a robust conference program aimed at addressing pressing challenges and opportunities within the sector. Sessions will explore topics such as artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. A strong emphasis will also be placed on emerging areas that are shaping the future of industry, including generative AI, decarbonization, and project funding. These discussions will provide manufacturers with practical insights on how to integrate new technologies and approaches into their operations to remain competitive in both domestic and international markets.

The conference program will be anchored by two keynote presenters. Pierre-Olivier Zappa, well-known news anchor and economic analyst with TVA and LCN, will bring his expertise on economic trends and their impact on industry. His session is expected to shed light on the broader economic context shaping manufacturing in Quebec and Canada. The second keynote, Sasha Ghavami, a lawyer and NFL player agent, will address the importance of negotiation in business. Drawing from his unique experience in the world of sports and contracts, Ghavami will provide attendees with insights into the strategies and skills required to build strong agreements and lasting partnerships.

By offering a mix of technical exhibits and thought-provoking conferences, the Salon Industriel de Terrebonne provides a holistic experience for visitors, bridging the gap between innovation and practical application. The event also creates a valuable networking environment where entrepreneurs, business leaders, and technical experts can connect and collaborate on new projects.

One of the highlights of SIT 2025 is its accessibility. Admission to the event is free of charge, and visitors receive full access to all exhibits, conferences, and activities. This open model ensures that small and medium-sized enterprises, which make up the backbone of Quebec’s industrial economy, can take full advantage of the learning and networking opportunities.

As Quebec’s manufacturing sector continues to evolve in response to technological and economic shifts, the return of the Salon Industriel de Terrebonne represents an important opportunity for industry players to align themselves with the future of production. With its strong lineup of exhibitors, timely conference topics, and high-profile speakers, SIT 2025 is poised to be a must-attend event for those seeking to stay at the forefront of industrial innovation and competitiveness.
