
Mahr Introduces Digimar 814 C Height Gage Designed for Production Environments!

Mahr Inc. has launched the Digimar 814 C height gage, engineered specifically for the demands of modern production environments. Combining precision, ease of use, and flexible functionality, the new height gage is designed to simplify dimensional measurement tasks while ensuring reliable results in day-to-day shopfloor applications.
The Digimar 814 C enables users to perform quick and accurate measurements of distances, as well as inner and outer diameters, with the help of a handwheel-operated measuring slide. Its design focuses on practicality, giving operators the ability to carry out a wide range of measurements with minimal effort. Six clearly marked function keys and a high-contrast display with intuitive symbols further enhance usability, ensuring straightforward operation even for users with limited training.
Among its key capabilities are bidirectional measurement and preset value functions, which provide flexibility for repetitive measurement tasks. In addition, the device supports secure data transfer via USB connectivity to MarCom software, enabling streamlined documentation and integration into digital quality management workflows.
The Digimar 814 C is available in two measuring ranges – 300 mm and 600 mm – making it adaptable to different workpiece sizes. Users can also choose between a steel base or a granite table, depending on their specific stability requirements. This flexibility allows the height gage to be configured for a variety of production settings, from small parts inspection to larger workpiece measurement.
