NCMT Introduces Extended Service Warranty for Makino and Okuma Machines in the UK and Ireland

NCMT, the leading machine tool sales and service agent, has launched an extended, comprehensive service warranty for the Makino and Okuma machines it sells in the UK and Irish markets. This new warranty aims to provide customers with peace of mind by ensuring their machines deliver peak operational efficiency with minimal downtime for a period of five years.

The extended warranty covers the supply of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from the manufacturer, which will be replaced according to the machine’s original specification. Additionally, NCMT will cover the travel and labour costs for repairs. The maximum claim amount is limited to the original invoice price of the CNC machine, excluding VAT.
