Tsugami/Rem Sales to Demonstrate Automotive Manufacturing Capabilities at SEMA Show 2019

Tsugami/Rem Sales, the exclusive North American importer of Precision Tsugami machine tools, announced today that, for the first time ever, it will attend and show a Tsugami Machine at SEMA 2019 in Las Vegas from November 5 – 9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Tsugami/Rem Sales will feature the Tsugami M08SY, cutting a live demo part throughout the show; an aftermarket oil cap.

The Tsugami M08SY is built for high accuracy, high production machining and has a bar stock capacity of 2 inches. The M08SY is a heavy-duty turning center with a 12 station turret mounted to the Y-Axis used to perform highly complex machining, such as turning, drilling, boring, cross-drilling and CNC milling. Both the main and back spindles are equipped with integral built-in spindles which minimize vibration and provide superior responsiveness for heavy duty cutting and fine finishing of work pieces. The standard tooling package and thermal compensation available with this machine, make it a must have.

This machine can also come equipped with gantry system, for automated work.
