The Material Stocks module tracks raw materials from the point a purchase order is raised through to allocating and issuing the material to a works order. Full traceability of the raw materials is provided. Material allocations can be set so that only material batches from approved goods received notes (GRNs) can be allocated.
Preferred suppliers can be defined for specific materials, complete with individual prices and descriptions. Minimum quantities can be controlled to ensure that prompts for stock replenishment occur when needed.
Certificates can be saved in a central Document Management point.
