Don’t blink! We’ve got an amazing story from David Yarter of Allendale Machinery Systems who went from a former entry level job of making suspension components for jeeps and trucks to metal removal in the manufacturing industry as a Service Technician. After high school, Dave landed his entry level job where making parts helped him understand metal and removing it. Leading him to pursue better opportunities, Dave started another job at a different company where they got to see his hard work and intelligence. They recommended him to go to school at the age of 26, and he was able to fill in the nooks and crannies of his formal education to be able to say he knows what he’s doing.
