Do You Think This Is A Big Bore?

Some big bore billet blocks for the Suzuki Hayabusa. These have been a bit tricky to get right because of the water jacket around the cylinders being 6mm wide and 50mm deep.

Also the pocket at the side for the camchain is tapered and can only be cut from one side at 88mm deep with a 4mm corner radius. A nice job for Hypermill on the Hurco VMX42. Total spindle time is over 10 hours each block. A massive thanks to Quickgrind Limited for the special cutters to achieve this.
