Hi-Tech had been set a difficult task. This component set allsorts of challenges; – How to keep the thickness of the blades consistent – and just look at the size of it! Bob said it ‘it was a pig of a job’ but after working on a number of different ideas Bob and Martin had a ‘eureka moment’. The component is now in full production, but of more interest is how it was produced. Watch the brief video. Spot anything unusual? The workpiece and the electrode have swapped places.
