Chester Medical to create 20 jobs following investment of £3m in expansion project

The group, which offers a range of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, assembling and packing services, including blister packing, pot and bottle filling, sachet packing, clean room assembly, serialisation and re-work will invest £3m over the next two years on the expansion project.

The expansion will create at least 20 new jobs at its Wirral site featuring four new production lines housing additional serialisation lines, blister lines, cartonners, conveyor systems and HVAC.

Over the past two years, Chester Medical has invested in excess of £2m at its Deeside facility where it manufactures cartons and patient information leaflets.

Complementing the Wirral and Deeside businesses is Addition Design (a CMS Group Company); a 3D design, consultancy and manufacturing service based in Sheffield.
